Patrick T. Mason, an Osage Tribe member from the Great Plains, lives in Gallup, New Mexico, with his wife and eight children. A nationally recognized attorney and community leader, he excels in Federal Indian law, tribal law, and education advocacy.
Education Initiatives
Patrick founded Hozho Academy Classical Academy, a New Mexico State Charter School serving over 850 Native and Indigenous students, with hundreds on a waitlist.
Legal Career
As a partner at Mason & Isaacson, P.A. in Gallup since 2007, Patrick handles high-stakes defense and insurance litigation, business law, tribal law, and Federal Indian law. He represents clients like the Navajo Nation, Southern Ute Indian Tribe, State of New Mexico, Diocese of Gallup, Missionaries of Charity, Little Sisters of the Poor, Chevron Corp., Bank of Colorado, and Zurich.
Corporate Leadership
From 2017 to 2024, Patrick served as Supreme Secretary and Board member for the Knights of Columbus, a Catholic fraternal organization with 2 million members and $30 billion in assets. He oversaw records, finances, and operations of 15,000+ global councils, led evangelization initiatives, and drove modernization of membership and marketing.

Based in Gallup, New Mexico, Peter is serving as Executive Director of the Catholic People's Foundation while directing marketing for Cristeros. He is the former Social Media Manager for Catholic News Agency (of EWTN).

Steven is the Facilities & Auto Program Director in Gallup, NM, as well as a seasoned automotive business owner and instructor. With more than ten years of hands‑on industry experience, he directs and instructs the Aequitas Automotive Workforce program run in partnership with the Industrial Workforce Program, and volunteers with V8’s for Vocations, supporting seminarian education through his automotive expertise. Steven is driven by faith, service, and a passion for classic cars, his fiancé, and their four dogs.

Emma serves in multiple capacities at Aequitas, supporting with daily marketing ops for different projects as well as running administrative duties for the IWP Auto Program, helping streamline and run application case management.

Brian designs the brand systems and develops the brand assets for Aequitas and its projects. Based in Gallup, New Mexico, and a father of three, he runs Nowen LLC when not working for Aequitas, providing web design and marketing ops to small teams, focusing primarily on non-profits. Past experience includes project management for a digital agency, marketing for an AI data company, and fundraising for a Cathedral.
