Hózhó Academy Charter School
Hozho exists to train the minds, improve the hearts, and strengthen the bodies of our students through a Classical education in the liberal arts and sciences, with instruction in the principles of moral character, civic virtue, and physical vigor.
We need your help
At Hózhó Academy, over 750 students are thriving in a high-performing classical charter school serving a high-poverty, predominantly Native and Hispanic population in Gallup, New Mexico. But there’s one thing we still don’t have: a cafeteria.
Right now, our students eat lunch sitting on the floors of their classrooms—or on the few picnic tables scattered around campus. They deserve better.
We’re raising $3.5 million to build a full-service cafeteria and kitchen that will provide our students with a safe, dignified place to eat, gather, and grow in community.
This space will do more than serve meals—it will nourish bodies, build friendships, and strengthen our school culture for generations to come.
We can’t do it without you.
Give today. Help us set the table for every child at Hózhó Academy.
